Privacy Policy
Effective September 3, 2026. Handoffbook collects no data. This page explains what that means in practice.
What Handoffbook stores, and where
- Your credentials. The token or sign-in you use to connect a tool is stored only in the iOS Keychain on your device. It is never sent anywhere except to that tool's own servers when the app reads your records.
- A local cache of your records. Handoffbook keeps a copy of the records it read so it can render a sheet without reloading. The cache lives only on your device and is rebuilt from your tool on demand.
- Rendered sheets. The last ten PDFs you rendered stay on your device until you delete them.
- Your plan. Whether you bought Handoffbook Pro is checked with Apple through StoreKit. Apple's purchase records are governed by Apple's privacy policy.
What Handoffbook sends, and to whom
- Requests to the tool you connected (Notion, Airtable, or Google), authenticated with your own credential, to read your records and, only if you turn it on, to attach a finished PDF to a record.
- Requests to Apple for in-app purchases and receipts.
- Nothing else. There is no Handoffbook server. LoCo Pro Wrestling LLC never receives your records, your credentials, or your sheets.
What Handoffbook does not do
- No analytics, advertising identifiers, or tracking.
- No crash reports that leave your device without your consent.
- No reading of fields whose names look like passwords, passcodes, door codes, alarm codes, gate codes, recovery keys, or secrets. Those fields are skipped and reported to you.
Deleting your data
In the app, "Forget this connection" removes that tool's credential from the Keychain and its cached records. "Delete all local data" removes every credential, every cached record, every rendered sheet, and the export counter. Deleting the app removes everything as well. Your records in your own tool are never touched.
Children
Handoffbook is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new effective date.
